The responsibilities include:
- Ability to create and maintain motivated team environment
- Ensure project efficiency including prioritization and scheduling
- Provide job direction, descriptions and performance reviews
- Organization and understanding of accounts and contract details
- Maintenance of equipment
- Communications skills
- Landscape knowledge a must

Available Landscaping Jobs: Entry-Level Landscape Designer
The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and solid knowledge of landscape development, plant life and local horticulture. Candidate will possess:
- Ability to accurately survey site including measurements and grades
- Knowledge of plant life specification
- Conduct take offs/plant counts and cost estimation
- Basic horticulture knowledge
- Sales acumen
- Organizational skills and punctual performance
- AAS Degree in Landscape Development/or equivalent
- Working knowledge of horticulture
- Drafting, Auto CAD a plus!
